Well I've been knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting AND KNITTING...miles of garter it seems for my Greenfield Cardi 
...when I got the body just about done I noticed this....A split stitch...
AHHH de debated what to do..should I could I leave it? Could I pull it through the back, No NO it's right smack dab on the front...There's is NO NO NO way that I was going to frog and go back..it was way up at the top....so out came my Knit Fix book, and down dropped the stitches...what a pain....there is mohair in this stuff! 
But I did and after a few times of fiddling and a Sunday night trip to WalMart for a size 4 crochet hook, it's fixed..barely noticeable, I'm hoping after a blocking you won't notice it at all! Let me tell you picking up that many stitches in garter is a PAIN! But it's done-it only took me an hour or so...
I'm hoping to finish this up in the next week or so!
BTW The picts are all from my lovely new iTouch...I'm in LOVE with it!! Still
Yay for you! It's gonna block out great, and it looks like you did a really smooth job! Can't wait to see the finished sweater!

I hate having to do it as well but it's the only way to go.
