the cast on is great huh? Cat Bordhi uses it too! now you are ready for some of Cat's pathway's patterns too! what was the yarn? perfect for plain socks. i'm going on a last minute trip and will need to raid my stash for the perfect spectator sock to knit!!!

I love toe up socks. I am not a fan of the kitchener stitch and a three needle bind off by your toes isn't too comfortable. Toe up is definitely the way to go. I love the blue sock yarn.

Oh, I have never tried toe up socks, because it has looked so strange in the CO, but now you have given me courage to try! Your sock is lovely, what nice colours!

See you soon again!

Yep the best way to do socks & the cast on too!
Now just to get you to do 2 at 1 time now! ;o)

Have a great weekend Michelle!!

I love your socks... I haven't knit socks from toe up... Maybe you can teach me that cast on method at the knit group one Friday night? Beautiful work!

I prefer to knit toe-up as well, I don't think I could knit up a perfect sock without being able to try it on as I go... I was wondering, what kind of yarn did you use? That sock turned out great!
