Well it's done! Yay! I'm trilled with how it came out! It was a super fast and easy knit! I really loved the ridge stitch detailing!
Here are the specs:
Pattern: Ingenue by Wendy Bernard (from the Custom Knits book)
Yarn: Sensations Gloriana Yarn from Joanns
Needles Size 9 Knit picks Options (are there any others?)
Size: 41" I did add a couple short rows for the bust (but I don't know that I needed them)
So this yarn was originally for another project but once I swatched I decided that it was perfect for this sweater. Knitting up the yarn wasn't bad seems a little scratchy..it's a wool/bamboo blend. But now that I've washed and blocked it it is very soft and drapey. My row gauge was off some so I knit extra rows every here and there to lengthen the body and sleeves. The sleeves are a wee bit wide but nothing I can't live with!
Look at these cute little labels I got thanks to the tip from Stacey!
I think the neckline is really cute and fun! I can hardly wait for weather cool enough to wear it! And the high here tomorrow is only 48! As always you can find more on my Ravelry Page!
